Ordering Procedures
Its as easy as 1…2…3! School-Year Ordering Procedures
- Order on Mondays by 9am. Send completed order form and payment with your child Monday morning. Filled orders will be sent home Wednesday via the Family Envelope. Please note, if we do not have school on Monday, order day shifts to the first day back to school but orders will not come home in the Wednesday Family Envelope (child’s book bag or you can pick up in school office).
- Order Online. Again, order deadline is Monday 9am. Send payment in an envelope marked “SCRIP” by Wednesday 9am and your filled order will come home in the Wednesday Family Envelope. If we do not receive payment by 9am Wednesday, your order will be available for pick-up at Friday Store or at specified parish after Mass the following weekend. We will not send orders home until payment has been received, please, no exceptions.
- Drop-off Order. Complete order form, include payment, and drop off after Mass on the weekend. We will process the order and send filled order either via student in Wednesday Family Envelope or leave for pick-up after Mass at your specified parish the following weekend.
SCRIP CLIPS - Update
It’s that time of year…time to register for the 2010-11 SCRIP year!
Wow! What a great year 2009-10 has been.
We were very excited to add over a dozen new vendors like Meijer, AWP Sport Performance, Penn Station, My Menu, and Baker Street to name just a few. We are working on adding even more in 2010-11.
SJSE, Bishop Luers, and Bishop Dwenger families are on pace to earn even more tuition credit this year—over $40,000!!! All purchases made through June 15, 2010 will be credited to your 2010-11 tuition, so continue buying SCRIP!!
8th grade families: if you need to switch your tuition designation to Bishop Luers or Bishop Dwenger, please let us know immediately. SCRIP and the Home and School Association would like to congratulate your 8th grader and wish you much success in high school.
Remember…even if you do not have a child at SJSE, you can still purchase SCRIP and earn tuition credit. Purchase after Mass on weekends; drop off/pick up orders after Mass, or online order on Mondays. Bishop Luers and Bishop Dwenger families earn approximately $20,000 annually in tuition credit.
Summer SCRIP: watch for summer SCRIP Store updates. We are in dire need of weekend Mass SCRIP sellers!!! We can schedule around any weekend conflicts you might have. Please, if we do not have sellers, we cannot offer SCRIP after Mass. It has always been our policy: Every Mass, Every Weekend. If you can give approximately 20-30 minutes of your time, once a month it would be greatly appreciated.
2009-10 statements will be mailed to your home by July 1.

Steps to Order Online
1. Click on the above link. You must have Excel on your computer to access this link.
2. Once the link has opened, fill in your form on your computer, just as you would if you printed it out. Make sure to complete all of the important information including your name, childs name, etc. Do NOT print out the form for our records. If you would like a copy, you can print it for your records, but do NOT send in a printed copy of the order.
3. Save the form with your last name and date of order. For example, if your last name is Adams and you order on June 1st, 2009, save the file as adams6109.
4. Send the saved file as an attachment to an email to sjsescrip@hotmail.com.
5. We will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours of your submission. |
