Ordering Procedures

Its as easy as 1…2…3! (Summer Ordering Procedure)

  1. Option 1: Drop-off order/payment after Mass and pick-up the following weekend or at Friday Store.
  2. Option 2: Order online by 9am Monday, bring payment* to Friday Store or weekend Mass sales and pick-up filled order. *All orders over $500—payment must be dropped off (SE) by 12noon, Monday.
  3. Option 3: Friday Store—cash & carry sales (weekend items plus “on-hand” local vendors) available in SCRIP workroom at SE campus from 9:30-11am.

    • 30 Minutes—Once a Month

      As school winds down and summer quickly approaches, we are getting ready for summer weekend Mass SCRIP sales.  WE NEED YOU!  The upcoming schedule will be for June, July and August.  We should have enough volunteers that you would only be scheduled once a month.  You choose which Mass time you usually attend.  If you have a weekend you already know you’ll be out of town—we can work around it.  TRAINING IS PROVIDED.  It usually takes less than 30 minutes after Mass to set-up, sell, and put away.  Volunteering and staffing is VITAL if we are to provide SCRIP throughout the summer.  PLEASE, consider this gift of stewardship and contact us sjsescrip@hotmail.com or 432-4001, ext 316.

       

    • Tuition Credit Update...

      SJSE families have earned over $34,000 in tuition credit to St Joseph-St Elizabeth, Bishop Luers or Bishop Dwenger for the 2008-09 school year!! (8th grade families—continue to buy SCRIP and earn tuition credit (TIP) for Bishop Luers or Bishop Dwenger)

    Monday, May 19 - Last Monday Order day & Last day to redeem 100% Profit Day Certificates

    Friday, May 23 - Last Friday Store

    Monday, May 26 - No School—Memorial Day

    Tuesday, May 27 - NO SCRIP orders (too short of a week)

    Thursday, May 29 - Last day of school

    Saturday, May 31-Sunday, June 1 -SCRIP sales after weekend Masses
