Ordering Procedures

Summer Ordering Procedures:

  • Starting June 1st, families now have 2 ways to order SCRIP.

1. Order online by clicking on the link below, by 9am on Monday mornings.

2. Drop off order after Mass and pick up the following Sat/Sun after Mass.

  • The above two options give you the best selection of SCRIP to order from. We also have a cash and carry option available in the St. Elizabeth upstairs teachers work room on Fridays from 10am-12 noon. The other option is to buy cash and carry SCRIP after mass on weekends. Please remember that only a limited amount of SCRIP and a limited numbers of vendors are available with the cash and carry option.

 

Its as easy as 1…2…3! School-Year Ordering Procedures

  • Order on Mondays by 9am.  Send completed order form and payment with your child Monday morning.  Filled orders will be sent home Wednesday via the Family Envelope.  Please note, if we do not have school on Monday, order day shifts to the first day back to school but orders will not come home in the Wednesday Family Envelope (child’s book bag or you can pick up in school office).
  • Order Online.  Again, order deadline is Monday 9am.  Send payment in an envelope marked “SCRIP” by Wednesday 9am and your filled order will come home in the Wednesday Family Envelope.  If we do not receive payment by 9am Wednesday, your order will be available for pick-up at Friday Store or at specified parish after Mass the following weekend.  We will not send orders home until payment has been received, please, no exceptions.
  • Drop-off Order.  Complete order form, include payment, and drop off after Mass on the weekend.  We will process the order and send filled order either via student in Wednesday Family Envelope or leave for pick-up after Mass at your specified parish the following weekend.

 

SCRIP CLIPS - Update

    • Unfortunately, JC Penney is no longer accepting SCRIP cards as payment on their credit cards.

    • We want to give a shout-out to all our fantastic volunteers:  Friday Store sellers, weekend Mass sellers, and pick-up runners!!!!
      Special thanks to our Monday and Wednesday workroom helpers…your assistance every week was so appreciated! Thanks to all families that support SJSE School by purchasing SCRIP.

     

    • Schoolbelles will be at St Elizabeth this Thursday from 11-7pm.
      We do have a limited quantity of Schoolbelles SCRIP that Mrs. Connett has graciously offered to sell from her desk on Thursday.
      Please note:  It will be Schoolbelles SCRIP only and available until 3pm

Steps to Order Online

1. Click on the above link. You must have Excel on your computer to access this link.

2. Once the link has opened, fill in your form on your computer, just as you would if you printed it out. Make sure to complete all of the important information including your name, childs name, etc. Do NOT print out the form for our records. If you would like a copy, you can print it for your records, but do NOT send in a printed copy of the order.

3. Save the form with your last name and date of order. For example, if your last name is Adams and you order on June 1st, 2009, save the file as adams6109.

4. Send the saved file as an attachment to an email to sjsescrip@hotmail.com.

5. We will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours of your submission.
